Dead Royalties photo-shoot.
Towards the end of October 2013 Dead Royalties and Friction Multi Media came together to shoot a serious of promotional photographs and short video of the photo shoot and the band on the streets of Bristol.
The creative idea behind this shoot was to play on the grungy, slightly grubby bad ass look these 20 something rock n rolla’s have and put them in front of the clean, stark, sleek design of Bristol’s business district. Unfortunately, as is often the case in collections of large expensive architecture, the security guards were out in force and their ‘jobs worth’ attitudes told us to move on. So not every location we had picked out was utilised but we’re still really pleased with how they came out.
The shots in front of the Slotted vents are lit in such a way that we think it looks like its been produced in a studio. Which was a completely unexpected but pleasant surprise when flicking through the photos, post shoot.
