Grace is a young filmmaker with a passion for documentary and factual film making. Through her time spent on the BA film making degree at the University of the West of England, she developed her skills in all stages of production, including camera work, editing, colour grading, narrative development, directing, and production managing.
Whilst on the course, she discovered a love for documentary film making, in particular, telling personal stories relating to the climate crisis and our environment. Her work on student documentaries includes developing and directing two short films, as well as production managing her graduate film that was shot on the Italian ski slopes.
Behind the camera, Grace has worked on a range of short film projects as both cinematographer and 1st AC, with a wide variety of kit that includes the Arri Alexa Mini, Sony fs5, as well as traditional 16mm cameras such as the Aaton XTR.
Alongside a love for on set and development work, Grace has also spent much time specialising and developing her skills in colour grading, to bring out the best qualities of footage. She is well practiced in the industry standard software of DaVinci resolve studio, and has worked on projects ranging from short films, to work for commercial clients.
